Hello.

This person has been accused of crimes in Australia 10-12 years ago but has been back in EY for 8 years. She has not confessed to these accusations. There have been no allegations of any wrongdoing here in Eretz Yisroel.

The accusations may be true but even if so, they are only a "misdemeanor" by Torah standards. In any case severe criminal charges were filed that exceed the extent of the crimes (even if guilty). Australian authorities have submitted a request for extradition.

Regardless of how guilty she may be, there is no hetter l'Halacha to extradite her back to Australia. Likewise, there is no hetter for mesira in Australia because she is not a menace in Australia.
