The Torah tells us: לא תעמוד על דם ריעך

The gemara in Shabbos 54b tells us:

 כל מי שאפשר למחות לאנשי ביתו ולא מיחה נתפס על אנשי ביתו באנשי עירו נתפס על אנשי עירו בכל העולם כולו נתפס על כל העולם כולו 

One who has the ability to protest any wrongdoing and does not do so will be ensnared in the punishment for it.

Therefore, if you are a G-d fearing Jew it is incumbent upon you to send the following text to Justice Minister Avi Nissenkorn.

For an email, in the subject field you can paste:

אסור להסגיר מלכה לייפר לחו"ל

Then copy/paste:

 

אסור למסור לישראל ביד עכו"ם בין בגופו בין בממונו ואפי' היה רשע ובעל עבירות ואפי' היה מצר לו ומצערו: וכל המוסר ישראל ביד עכו"ם בין בגופו בין בממונו אין לו חלק לעולם הבא:

  - חושן משפט שפ"ח ט'

or

אסור למסור האדם ביד עובד כוכבים בין בגופו בין בממונו. ואפילו היה רשע ובעל עבירות ואפילו היה מיצר לו ומצערו. וכל המוסרו ביד עובד כוכבים בין בגופו בין בממונו אין לו חלק לעולם הבא. 

– רמב"ם הלכות חובל ומזיק ח' ט'
